ESPN’s Emily Kaplan reports the Ducks are actively weighing two offers, with the Rangers being one of them. The other might be the Flyers, but the Ottawa Senators have also been connected to McTavish, making them the likely second team in the mix.

McTavish, 22, is one of the more coveted young centers available this offseason — a power forward with legitimate top-six upside who the Ducks appear ready to move as part of their ongoing quest to become contenders and lock in some of their top young stars to new contracts.
