8 Reasons TV Shows Are Constantly Letting Us Down

Were you like me and found that a number of your favorite tv shows let you down this past year? Here are eight shows that made disappointed viewers in major ways.

Walking Dead

So The Walking Dead usually helps me get by, but not this year!

When TWD came out, it was awesome. AMC realized that the success of the show meant putting a bigger budget into it. It gained fans like mad, then the story slowed right down. The Saviours and Negan was a great spark for it, making things interesting again, but it dragged on too long! Don’t get me wrong, this season was action-packed. BUT IT DIDN”T progress. 16 episodes and they took place over what a week?! Sure it is great when an episode is exciting but the show has to progress forward. This year The Walking Dead failed to do so effectively.

That said, I guess some big things did happen. I am an animal lover and I was honestly more upset that Shiva died than Carl. I will say, Simon was an interesting storyline and kept me watching but other than his story, nothing really was shocking. I could wait a day or two and not watch the episodes on Sundays as they came out because I didn’t feel like I’d be missing anything! They did drop some nice nuggets, like the Heli and the random travellers which I am sure will come back up, but all in all for an action-packed season somehow nothing happened! Have I stressed that enough?

And that ending WTF?! I get Maggie wanting Negan dead but Jesus, come on!

We are especially let down so much by Warner Brothers atm. Not renewing Clayne Crawford I feel is the worst. We as part of the UK ?? Haven’t seen the rest of series 2 but know Riggs dies at the end. How appealing…. Makes me give up watching tbh. As Clayne apologised. WHY can’t they accept that and move on keeping him in the show… ? Rumours state is because Warner Brothers and Damon don’t want him anymore. Jealousy from Damons nastiness I think as Clayne was more popular in the end. Warner Brothers have made a stupid mistake siding with the wrong person who deleted his twitter rant. Account now private as fans were so livid with him….
