The feud wasn’t addressed this week on SmackDown Live but during an interview posted in WWE’s video section, it appears Mandy Rose versus SmackDown Live Women’s Champion Asuka is apparently set and now official for WWE Fastlane.
During a WWE-exclusive video, WWE personality Kayla Braxton was interviewing Rose and Sonya Deville. Rose announced that she’ll pin Asuka for a second time when she takes on Asuka one more time for the title at Fastlane.
Rose said, “I am God’s greatest creation. I did pin Asuka last week but I have some really exciting news for the entire world. I’m going to do it again for the SmackDown Women’s Title at WWE Fastlane.”
When Braxton asked for her opinion on distracting Asuka with a phony eye injury, Rose simply called it a genius plan. “Sounds like Asuka wasn’t ready for me,” Rose explained.
Something tells us Asuka will be ready this time around.
