Maple Leafs Give Sneak Peek at Reverse Retro Jerseys
The Toronto Maple Leafs have provided a sneak peek at their new retro reverse jerseys for the upcoming NHL season.
As many teams are doing, the Toronto Maple Leafs have provided a sneak peek at their new retro reverse jerseys for the upcoming NHL season. Reactions to other jerseys from other teams have been mixed, but the early look at the Leafs colors seem to have fans overwhelmingly excited.

The team posted three close up images of the sleeve, Adidas logo and the inside collar and the look and feel of the jersey is a bit more classical than some of the other jerseys that have been teased by other NHL clubs. It shows a blue Maple Leafs crest on the shoulder of the jersey and looks a bit like the old 1970s design. Going with primarily blue and white, fans seem to be reacting positively to the design.
The official reveal for all of these will be on Monday, so we’ll add to this story when that reveal happens.
